I just got this new promotion and thought it would be great to finally get to set some rules blah blah blah but the other place still needs my help so I decided to help them out....well....my bitch of a boss calls me and tells me that my current pay won't be applied to the shift I decided to work and that getting overtime is not ok. Well...I'm sorry I HELPED YOU..I guess I won't be doing that EVER again. SHould I have called you at 5am just to ask "what to do?",,,hell no! I decided to be nice and let you sleep and handle it myself 'cause I'm an adult..but screw you bitch! I'm counting down the days til I hand in my notice...I have another job, it's just not enough hours. As soon as I get enough...see ya! You're not worth the stress and hair loss that I have had to deal with the last month. Maybe if you were a little nicer in your tone and and least say "thanks but don't do that again" I might be more understanding, but to tell me "clock out now and I'm not paying you your normal salary" well...fuck you too! At this point I don't give a shit what happens...I will go in , do my job and get the fuck out...trust me, you won't have to worry about overtime...I won't be there enough for that anyway. You wonder why you can't keep people in your company..cause you are rude and disrepectful. I understand why people run away...cause you forget we ARE people...not robots. Getting calls at midnight and then again at 5, plus we work over 8 hours during the day..when are we supposed to sleep or have any kind of social life? I guess that's why you don't. My end of year evaluations for the past 8 years have been no less than outstanding in every section. I continue to apply and interview for a teaching job under one of my licence areas within my district. They won't swap me because I teach 4 grade levels and create MCAS alternate assessments for each grade. My prep time is non-exsistant. The new principal has blown me off for meetings we agreed on 4 times now. I am not teaching under my licenced area. This year I am letting parents know. Administration does not care about it's employees, they just want to save money and treat me with blatent disrespect. Parents, don't be fooled about what your school district looks like on the outside. It probably sucks on the inside. |

Every single day I'm having to put in an extra hour or more just to come close to meeting the "new" goals set. WTF? I'm tired of busting my butt just to keep my head above water. You stick me with a "supervisor" and I use that term only because that was the title given to her, that does not have a clue. What does she supervise? Her personal phone calls and chats with others who also have nothing to do? And she sets my goals???? Instead of putting value in your employees that have been with the company for 15, 20, 30+ years, you just look for a way to push us on out the door. As a company that I use to love to work for, now you just suck. Has is ever occurred to you why turn over is so high for all the newbies? They don't want to put up with this sh*t!! Not only do the work loads increase because you can't keep people, you expect more, set up unreasonable goals, and add new user unfriendly systems that must have been tested by a monkey on crack! You would think that a multi billion dollar company could hire systems people that canget their head out of their ass for 2 seconds to check and see if something really works? All of my coworkers are just waiting for a chance to get out and that's really sad since we all have tenure and started out thinking that you were a really great company to work for. Now it's just 7.25 hours "when can I get the hell out of here??" Check it out, how many of us are on medication just to get us through the day? Tell you anything? |

I used to care about this company because they gave me this bullshit about how they're local, homegrown, honest, and family-oriented, not like a soulless megacorporation. Well, they are not mega-sized but they have become soulless because the leaders are arrogant sexist little pricks who only care about the bottom line. DUH, we know times are hard but why don't you come on down from on high and talk to us, your minions who actually do the work, once in a while instead of just issuing your fucking announcements like they're holy commandments we should observe without questioning or asking for more details? People want to know what's going on and are more willing to help if treated respectfully as part of a team, you retarded corporate hacks!!! At first I was disappointed but now I'm extremely disgusted by how clueless you all are. You fed me all this fucking prettyface bullshit and then proceeded to screw me over in terms of training and salary because you don't fucking know anything about the actual process and effort that goes into my work AND don't care enough to learn even a little about it. I am also really disappointed one of my bosses bought into all that. Is she on drugs or something??? THEY DO NOT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOU OR ME. Because she doesn't know any better she helped them screw me over. Take your schedules and your enabled patients who you keep having me reschedule and send out stupid letters begging them to come in and take care of their health, just so they can reschedule and then re-blow off the appointment and we continue this reatrded dance over and over again, and stick them all up your ass!
